{"id":3771,"date":"2026-04-06T20:09:59","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T02:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goodlife247.com\/?p=3771"},"modified":"2026-04-06T20:10:01","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T02:10:01","slug":"dutch-pancake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodlife247.com\/?p=3771","title":{"rendered":"Dutch Pancake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 c. flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 c. milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp. sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tbsp. butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinch of nutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 425 degrees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine eggs, flour, sugar and nutmeg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blend together while adding the milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place butter in a heavy oven-safe skillet and place in oven.
